Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by Cathcart Web Services.

Starting prices: Starting prices are not guaranteed final quotes. Displayed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on the confirmed scope, content, features, timeline, and third-party requirements. The signed agreement and Statement of Work govern scope and final pricing.

Project scope: The signed agreement and Statement of Work define the scope, schedule, price, and terms of each project.

Payment arrangements: Project scope, final pricing, payment arrangements, and next steps are discussed during the consultation and documented in the written proposal, agreement, or Statement of Work. Payment is not processed through the public website during the current soft launch.

Client responsibilities: The client must provide approved content and materials. The client must have permission to use all submitted content, including images, text, and brand assets.

Third-party costs: Platform, domain, email, premium application, payment-processing, stock-media, and licensing costs may be separate from the project price.

SEO: Basic on-page SEO setup does not guarantee search rankings.

Accessibility: Accessibility-minded design does not represent legal certification.

Rush work: Rush delivery depends on availability and must never be automatically promised.

Website support: Pay-Per-Update Website Support is $75 per standard request. One request does not include unlimited changes. Larger updates require a separate Change Order and quote.

Change Orders: Larger support work, additional pages, new integrations, or work outside the standard request scope require a Change Order and quote.

No donations: Customer payments are for services rendered and are not donations or tax-deductible contributions.

Acceptable use: This website is provided for inquiry, information, and project communication. Unauthorized use, scraping, or abuse is prohibited.

Governing terms: The signed agreement governs delays, client inactivity, cancellation, abandoned projects, change orders, and termination.
